Minnesota Day One Crisis Hotline

Crisis Support and Advocacy

Cornerstone's crisis advocates and trained volunteers are available 24/7 to talk confidentially with anyone experiencing domestic violence, sexual violence, or human trafficking.

Crisis Counseling

We can provide a variety of resources for you if you are seeking help—including just someone to sit down and talk with you about your situation. Whether you have experienced domestic violence, rape, sexual assault or have been a victim of trafficking—we are here to help.

We are able to provide referrals to support groups, possible transitional housing in our area and options for legal advocacy. We can also help you develop a personalized economic plan for yourself and your family.

If you are questioning unhealthy aspects of your own relationship or are concerned about a loved one, we are here to listen.

If you are asking yourself:

  • How do I know if I’m in an abusive relationship?
  • What supports are available to me and my children?
  • I’m not sure I want to leave, but how can things get better?

If you are feeling sad, afraid and unsure of what to do, our staff will provide confidential free support for you and/or your children. We’ll meet with you to listen and offer help in developing a plan based upon what you need and want. We know that you are your own best expert.

To schedule a confidential free appointment with one of our trained and supportive staff, call Cornerstone at 952-884-0376 to schedule an appointment. We are available to meet at our offices in Bloomington, Minneapolis or Brooklyn Center.

You also may contact the Minnesota Day One® Crisis Line at any time.
