This presentation will introduce students to the concept of Anger and Healthy Communication. After completing this course students will be able to:

  • Understand that anger is a normal emotion
  • Explore anger as a partner emotion
  • Develop healthy coping strategies for dealing with anger and frustration
  • Learn healthy communication skills that promote non-violent conflict resolution
